Title:" Yeon Ah walks on the Rainbow to go back to KOREA"
this painting is for my friend wants going back to her hometown, so i draw an image for her T_T hahaa.... i was trying so hard my paint XD haha... i hope she will like it ^_^

Really like your use of colour and I like the style you've done her facial features in. I like the shading details on her skirt. Are you ok with critque? If you want I can point out some things you can fix for future reference :)

Not much wrong, just her head and neck lean too far to her left of the drawing, so they're not accurately placed on her shoulders. Her arm seems to curve out at a rounded angle, bending the elbow in more would help and her hand is a little too small for her wrist. The edges of the figure are a little choppy and soft, if you draw a lineart out and paint over that using it as a guide that should help you round the colours off more nicely.

Once again, your colours are wonderful, I love the bright happy feel to the pic :) Hope what I've said helps!
